A. Assuming that the information and measurements you provided for the springs and/or bolts are correct, Carrier Spring Services Ltd. guarantees that the item you ordered will meet your specifications upon delivery.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. Our return policy depends on the part ordered. Unfortunately, all custom orders are not returnable. Other orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Please check with our sales rep before purchasing.

Q. Does it really matter what product I choose?
A. Yes, manufacturers create products of different specifications and you should choose the best one for your needs.

Q. Is it legal to put spacer blocks under my front springs?
A. Because all of your steerability comes from front axles is it not only unsafe but illegal in most areas. A full lift spring is the best choice.
