Our Equipment...
Our equipment is made up of the best. We use VicRoc equipment, the highest quility equipment in its class. It gets
the job done and it gets the job done right.
Our 200 ton press is mainly used for pushing out walking beam bushing, vertical drive bushing and any small problems
we may face. Without this piece of machinery we would not be capable to do the tremendous amount of big rigs that we do.
Our 60 ton press is used to help press in smaller bushings on the ends of the mains that would not be suitable to
use with the 200 ton press.
Our arching presses are used to arch the leafs as high or low as you would like them. The presses never has a job to big or to small.
Our eye benders are used to make the curls on the end of leafs. These curls are called eyes and we can make any eye you are looking for,
to any curl you want.
We make all our own u-bolts. Any size from 3/8 to the big 1 1/4.
Our furnaces are used to bend and reshape any task you give us. Heating the leafs to a certain temperature, gives us the opportunity to
bend the leaf any way possible. |
